Every cut is meticulously dry-aged to perfection in our custom-built walk-in chamber — Hong Kong’s first dedicated retail dry-aging facility. The dry age process concentrates meat flavours, enhances tenderness, and delivers the rich, nutty depth once reserved for the city’s finest steakhouses.
