To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our products, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. 
Your order is considered accepted upon receipt unless you notify us of an issue in accordance with this policy.

Reporting an Issue
If your goods arrive and are not fit for consumption (e.g., compromised quality, packaging, or temperature), you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at thebutchershop@fireside.hk.

Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product in question.

Keep the product in its original packaging (if possible) until our team has reviewed the issue.

Important Notes

For health and safety reasons, do not consume any product you believe to be unfit.

We are unable to process refund requests reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

Once our team has reviewed the issue, approved refunds will typically be issued as a store credit code for future use.
