The Butcher Shop was created to bring our exceptional steaks directly to your home. Helmed by Chef Jaime Ortolá of Fireside—ranked among the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants—we are curators of flavor, specializing in artisanal heritage breeds celebrated for their profound taste.
Each cut is meticulously dry-aged to perfection in our custom-built walk-in chamber—Hong Kong's first dedicated retail dry-aging facility. This brings a world-class, transparent aging process directly to you.
